On November, 18, 2009 the RF Deputy Minister of Culture A.A.Golutva in the letter to the Vologda Oblast Governor V.E.Pozgalyov expressed gratitude to the Vologda Oblast Government for the big work on promoting Russian culture abroad and the cinema as well. In
the address it is also said that the Vologda
International Festival of Young European Cinema "Voices"
(July 4 - 9, 2010) was included in the RF Ministry
of Culture plan of events of the Year of Russia in
France and France in Russia. A.A.Golutva expressed
confidence that the festival in Vologda would become
a worthy contribution to the development and
strengthening of the international ties in the
sphere of culture, would help to attract young
people who now have an opportunity of getting to
know some other culture. |
