On January 13, 2010 in the Vologda Oblast Government there was held a session of the organizing committee on preparation and carrying out of the International Festival of Young European Cinema " VOICES ". It was presided over by the Vologda Oblast First Deputy Governor I.A.Pozdnyakov.

The questions on preparation of the International Festival of Young European Cinema " VOICES ", the mechanism of the project financing and the organization of PR - campaign were on the agenda.

The Department of Culture and Protection of Objects of Cultural Heritage of the Vologda Oblast submits the information on preparation of normative documents on the film-forum organization and the results of the negotiations with the partner party, which were carried out in December 2009 - January, 2010.

Problems to be discussed with the partners have been marked. The meeting of the Vologda Oblast First Deputy Governor and the chairman of the organizing committee I.A. Pozdnyakov with the festival director I.O.Lysenko and the project coordinator (France) P.V.Morozov is to be held on January, 20-22. The Department of Culture and Protection of Objects of Cultural Heritage of the Vologda Oblast is responsible for the preparation of a meeting with the French party.

Experts of the Department are entrusted with the task to organize the meeting between the first Deputy Governor, the chairman of the organizing committee I.A. Pozdnyakov and the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, and the organizing committee co-chairman A.A.Golutva.
