Again for some days Vologda turned into the festival capital. All is simple – from November, 27 till December, 1, Vologda land hosted III Open Festival of documentary and animated films for children and youth «Frescoes of the North» named in honour of film director Yury Polovnikov.
During October 18-21, 2007, in Vologda there was held the Second All-Russia congress on ex-libris within the framework of which the exhibition of ex-libris and engraving of small forms was opened.
On
the April, 22 in the Vologda Regional Music College the results of
the III Governor's International Youth Contest named after V.A. Gavrilin
were announced.
On
the April, 17 in the cinema “Salyut” a regular meeting with popular
Russian actors took place within the action “Echo of “Golden Eagle”.
This time participants of creative group of the film by Pavel Lungin
“Island” visited Vologda.
